I enjoyed the last couple of months, immensely.  Your professionalism was spot on and, obviously, I love my new cottage.  I have to say, Jack, you're the best negotiator I've ever dealt with.  The search was great -- and I appreciate you helping me keep perspective, throughout.  But when it came down to the negotiations and grinding out the details (like the zoning issue) your ability to get people to see not just my viewpoint but also to grasp the whole big picture, was akin to working a miracle.  I seriously never thought it would all get worked out.  You should go work in national politics.

Ryan and Meredith were phenomenal!  By seeing just a house or two, they knew exactly what I wanted.  I even had made an offer on a house, had it inspected and decided against it, and still, Ryan and Meredith kept my hopes up.  Meredith kept looking for me, and finally she found me the PERFECT house.  I will always go back to the Jack Lane Team for buying or selling, and recommend them to everybody.

We would like to thank Ryan and Jack for being persistent in taking a difficult situation and making it work so well. We feel it was strictly due to their experience, long hours and most of all wanting to help us find what would really work for us.  We were working with a 1031 exchange and were required to identify properties to purchase within a 90 day period. This became increasingly difficult due to the availability of properties fitting the criteria that we felt would be beneficial for our situation.  We had given Ryan and Jack a solid description of what we had hope to find. The availability of what we were looking for was slim, but due to the endless determination and very long hours, Ryan had found a property not listed in the MLS listing. We found this to be perfect, but more than we wanted to invest.  From here they worked diligently to help all parties involved. Dear Jack Lane Team,

I have to first start off by thanking my sister and brother-in-law Sally and Jay from Harbor Springs for suggesting that I get in touch with the Jack Lane Team to search for our Dream home up North.  They listen to Jack's radio program "ask the Real Estate Guy" every Saturday morning. So we did and the rest is History, we now have a lovely Home on Green Lake in the city of Interlochen.

The Jack Lane Team website is priceless as far as I'm concerned! Anything and Everything you want to know as a Buyer or Seller is available to anyone. It answers questions, gives Great advice and encourages you to shop around for a Realtor. But Why would you because believe me you will want to Go with Jack Lane and his team. They made the entire Home buying process smooth and Trouble free for us.

Our first meeting with Jack and his team was very professional yet still very friendly. Jack introduced us to everyone and let us know how the team works as one to help you either buy a home or sell one. I have to admit though when My sister Sally had told me that Jack was from a family of 9 sisters and brothers we kinda already had a connection with him because so am I. We did shop around with other Realtors but didn't feel that we got the attention that Jack's team was giving us right from the start. Meredith Hawes the Buyer Specialist was Fantastic. She took us around to different homes to look at, and was always quick to give us answers back to questions we had. She would have no problem emailing us with more information but better yet she always picked up the phone to call us keeping us informed. She followed up with every issue that arised and worked it out to our complete satisfaction. Kim in the office always kept the paperwork in order for us and would also answer any questions we had.

Jack was always right there to keep us abreast of any changing conditions and re-assure us along the way. Even though we worked closely with Meredith being the buyer specialist Jack would contact us regularly to keep us in touch being the expert on all aspects. In fact it wasn't unusual for Jack to call us even when he wasn't in town or the state. During the entire process of looking at homes, going through the inspection process, and finalizing the deal we felt jack was right there with us. I can remember Jack being in Virginia visiting with his son and on Vacation in California but he still took the time to call and keep us informed.

I feel we not only met some great people professionally in Jack lanes team but we also made some Great new friends.

In closing I would just like to end with this. My wife Autumn and I along with our son Andy and daughter Kathryn would like to thank the entire Jack Lane team for helping us through the entire process of buying a home Up North. We now have a Gorgeous Lake front home on beautiful Green Lake in Interlochen Michigan.

I would listen to, "Ask the Real Estate Guy" on Saturday mornings on my way to the golf course.  I was impressed with your tips and techniques on buying and selling, your knowledge of the local markets and your sense of humor. When we asked your advice about selling our lake front properties you were straight to the point as to what we needed to do, when we needed to do it and some downsides that we may have to address.
