Buyer's Questionnaire

The idea of buying a house is 3 parts fun, 1 part "what am I getting myself into???"

I sure get that.  But I see people sometimes buy a house without thinking their way through the whole deal real well.

So, I drew up a list of questions that I think people should ask themselves along the way. Please remember - these are only guidelines to help you in your search . . . it's always possible that you might encounter a house that completely mesmerizes you DESPITE some of these answers!

That's allowed.

Then, once you've found the house that fits for you -- be sure to track down all the ancillary questions (schools, traffic, crime, taxes, conveniences) -- that will also affect your lifestyle, there.

Enjoy the questionaire -- you've maybe never thought to ask yourself some of these questions.  And, if you need help tracking down the best buys out there, we're always here!
