Two years ago, I decided to sell two properties in Benzie County that I had owned for 25 years. Both were heavily wooded and in desirable but challenging building locations. They included a 10 acre tract with a drive that had become impassible and a 37 acre parcel on a gravel road. My partner and I approached Brian about listing the properties.

He was able to complete the sale of both properties in a timely and professional manner. The 10 acre property was sold without any conditions for making the roadway passable and at a full asking price cash sale. The second property was sold to a neighboring resident at full price and cash. He completed the paperwork effectively and without our presence. We both lived at some distance and he functioned in a fiduciary manner.
